Sasha Wrap Instructions- The Hug Hold

1. Place the Sasha Wrap across your waist with the logo tag centered at your navel. |
2. Cross the two sides behind your back and bring over your shoulders, back to front. |
3. Tuck one end of the Sasha Wrap under the logo section, top to bottom. |

4. Tuck the other end under the logo section. |
5. Cross the end pieces in the front and bring the fabric behind your back. |
6. You now have the option of tying a knot here. |

7. If there is enough fabric, bring the wrap back to the front and tie a double knot. |
8. Spread the fabric over your shoulders and back for a comfortable fit. |
Sasha Wrap Instructions- Nursing

1. Starting from the Hug Hold, gently pull the logo section of fabric down. |
2. Open the shoulder sections of fabric so you can lift your baby straight up. |
3. Spread As you lift your baby, pull the baby's leg out of the shoulder section of fabric that is closest to your body. Reach inside the opposite shoulder section and turn the baby's legs. Now you should have both of the baby's legs outside one of the shoulder sections. |

4. While holding the baby's head and neck, open the shoulder section of fabric that is closest to your body and gently lower baby's head towards the breast. |
5. Reach under the shoulder section of fabric where the baby's legs are sticking out and pull the piece of fabric that is closest to your body so that it is securing the baby's head, shoulders and bottom. |
6. You may pull the logo section up and over for added security and privacy. |

1. Place baby high up on your shoulder opposite the rings. |
2. Lower your baby into the sling while supporting their weight. Let their feet come out the bottom if they desire. |
3. Keep baby high and support their weight while you pull on the tail to tighten the sling. For thicker fabrics, try pulling out and down. |

4. Spread the body of the sling across your baby's back and shoulders. |

6. If your baby's legs/feet are hanging out, make sure the fabric is extended to the knees. Their bottom should be a bit lower than the thighs to avoid red marks on the backs of their legs. |

1. Begin in the upright, tummy to tummy position. |
2. Pull up on bottom ring to loosen the sling. Be sure to hold your baby's weight. |
3. If you wish, gently pull the fabric over your baby's legs and feet, and tighten the tail a bit on the side that is connected to the top area of the sling. You can nurse discreetly by pulling the top rail up the back of the baby's head. The extra tail fabric can be used for extra coverage. |

Please note this carry is for babies that can hold their head up completely.

1. Hold your child up high on the side opposite the rings. While holding their weight, lower them into the sling, letting their legs come out the bottom of the sling. Rest them on your hip with their legs straddling your hip. |
2. While still holding their weight, tighten the sling by pulling the tail out and down. |
3. Adjust the fabric so the top of the sling comes up under their armpits, or over their shoulders. |

4. The bottom of the sling should extend to the knees. Their bottom should be slightly lower than their thighs. |

1. First wrap bottom shorter straps around your waist. |
2. Tie in a secure knot in the back. |
3. Give your baby a big bear hug. |

4. Pull the seat up and over your baby. |
5. Pull the straps tight and cross them behind you. |
6. Bring straps front and under your baby and tie. |

7. Or tie across the back like so. |
8. You can also cross under baby and tie in back. |

Same as above except baby is on your hip. Same tie as above except
opposite. Start by tying the knot on your stomach with the seat behind you. |

Fold the pouch into itself to make a 2 layer tube. Find the curved-seamed end. This will be at your hip and toward the front. Put the folded edge over your head and rest it on your opposite shoulder. The curved, padded end should be down, directly under the opposite nipple from your shoulder. The open side of the tube should be facing UP. |

Put the sling on with the padding on the inside.
Wear the sling on the shoulder of your dominant hand for this carry. Line up the seam with
the opposite nipple. Toss your kiddo up onto your shoulder.
